BEHIND BLOOM

My love of flowers grew in my grandfather’s garden, where each corner was an explosion of colour and fragrance. Several years later, a talented florist taught me the tricks of the trade, and from then on, my path in life was decided.

A traveller at heart, I honed my craft over time as I discovered new cultures and met new people, training at the École des Fleuristes in Paris before moving on to explore Africa, then Asia. From my first flower shop in Céret, to my coffee and flower shop in Laos, each experience has helped nurture my creativity and develop my technique.

Since stepping back onto Catalan soil, I have been experimenting with dried flowers, and in 2024, decided to embark on a new adventure: Bloom.

Bloom was created to provide your events with unique floral designs, my own story woven into each handcrafted bouquet.

Bloom is the culmination of 20 years of experience and an ever-strong desire to make your precious moments even more special with inspired and authentic arrangements.

My mission

Since creating Bloom, my mission has been to make every moment magical with unique and inspired floral arrangements. I offer my expertise and work with you in order to create elegant and romantic displays for your events, according to your taste and imagination.

My vision

To reinvent the art of floristry by blending tradition and modernity, nature and creativity. I wish to bring the beauty of flowers to those who dream of just that, awaken the senses and transform each bouquet into a moment of shared emotion..

What made you choose to become a florist?

I think it happened naturally. When I began my training, I was young and didn’t necessarily have much self-confidence, but discovering floristry led me to blossom.

It’s incredibly rewarding to get to be there for life’s most important moments, births, birthdays, communions, weddings, as well as those that are not so joyous.

Which is your favourite season and does that influence your work?

It has to be Spring! I have always loved seeing all of these colours start to spring up in nature, and of course, the way I choose flowers changes at this time of year, my arrangements are more colourful, it’s instantly more romantic, and the smells are wonderful.

What do you wish to convey through your flowers?

Like I already mentioned, in this job, we have the opportunity to be present at key moments in people’s lives.

I would say that I put thought and care into my arrangements, because I always think of the person who’s going to receive them.
